Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE - 

The role is responsible for the completion of critical internal financial reports and required external financial reports to the SEC. The role is responsible for completing critical calculations such as EPS and the Statement of Cash Flows. Also performs accounting research and provides technical guidance to other departments.


·  Preparation, review and analysis of external reporting to SEC, of internal reporting to executive management, of shares calculation including dilution from equity instruments, and of Statement of Cash Flows
·  Position will be required to be committed to work in a team-oriented environment.


QUALIFICATIONS - 
·  BBA or Masters in Accounting.
·  CPA Preferred.
·  2+ years of Public Accounting / SEC experience.
·  Background should include reviewing 10Q/10K filings.
·  Solid foundation in Accounting.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  Ability to work with many people across multiple departments.
·  SAP knowledge is a plus.
